They are tertiary qualified, registered with the NSW and/or Queensland Valuers Registration Board, Members of the Australian Property Institute (API) and have current Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Practising Certificates.

BJ Cole & Co and its valuers maintain an unblemished Professional Indemnity Insurance cover of $2,000,000. The insurance covers all market segments and includes Restricted Assessment insurance.
